CHALLENGER BASEBALL
The Little League Challenger Program is an adaptive baseball initiative designed for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges, providing them the opportunity to enjoy the game of baseball in a supportive and safe environment.
What is Challenger Baseball?
The Challenger Baseball League is a program for developmentally and physically challenged youth (ages 8–21), helping them enjoy the full benefits of baseball in an athletic environment structured to their abilities.
Players:
The players are the individuals with physical and intellectual challenges who participate in the program.
Buddies Program:
Buddies are usually peer athletes from traditional Little League teams, fostering inclusion, support, and teamwork.
When:
Sundays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Runs for 6 to 8 weeks in the Spring
Usually starts on the first Sunday of May
Where:
BB&N Softball Turf Field or Victory Field
Registration:
Free of charge
