Dear Watertown Youth Baseball & Girls Softball Members,
We're pleased to announce that we have launched a new website, which is still available at wybb.org
With registrations for the 2023 Spring Season now open you will use the NEW website to register and use going forward.
You will need to create a new account on the new website, and add your children as participants before registering them. Once you have an account, you can invite other family members to manage participants on the account as well. There is a helpful Getting Started / FAQ page on the website with more details.
As we move into next season, this is where all schedules, rosters, team communications will take place. The Crossbar App that goes with the website is also very user friendly and suggested for all to use.
How do I set up my Family Account?
In the upper left hand corner, you will find Sign Up and Login links. Each family will have one Family Account. Once a Family Account is created, the individual that created that account will add individual participants to Crossbar (players), and can invite other family members to be added to the Family Calendar and Manage the Account.
Can I have more than one Family Account?
No. Each player can only be attached to one family account. If you need to add another family member or guardian to an account, you must add them individually by participant on your "Account" Page.
How do I add another Parent / Guardian to my account?
Step #1 - Have the parent that originally registered players log into the website
Step #2 - FOR EACH CHILD REGISTERED
Click ‘View Details’ or the Person Icon above the participants name.
STEP #3 - Next to "Accounts" Click ‘ (+ Add) Account then enter the email address of the parent or guardian you would like to add to the specific player account.
STEP #4 - If this email address does not have a Crossbar account: They will receive an invitation email and need to click the confirmation link to create an account.
If they already have a Crossbar account they will be registered and will be added to the players account and team emails.
