Players move up after one season in Tball or previous year of softball. The focus of this level is still on fun, participation and introduction to softball skills. Coaches will begin to give instruction in the basics of softball, such as a proper batting stance and swing and some fielding skills involved with playing the different positions. Players will also begin to learn the rules of the game.
